962, why no fax transmission receipt?

You simply need to enable it:

 

Hit the 'mode' button on the printer/fax unit and select 'fax'.

 

Hit the 'menu' button until you see 'advanced fax'.

 

Hit 'select'.

 

You are now in the advanced fax setup menu.

 

Press the 'menu' button until you see "fax confirmation"

 

Use the right and left arrows to find and choose the option 'Print for All'

 

Hit select.

 

The settings will then save, and the behavior will now be to print a confirmation page on every fax.  Hope this helps!
