Thank you for visiting the Dell Community Forum.
The first thing I would recommend is to try printing in landscape mode in another program to see if the issue is with all programs or just the individual program that you were using. If happening in all programs, try uninstalling all printer software/drivers, restart the system and reinstall the printer fresh and then see if you can print in landscape mode. If the issue is isolate to a specific program, try uninstalling and reinstalling the specific program that you are unable to print in landscape mode and se if that helps.
