AIO 922 Error 20 printer not activated
I have the AIO 922 printer. I have never had a problem. This afternoon I wanted to print a PDF file from a website and I got this error 20 message, printer not activated. I made sure the cables were not loose. I removed and replaced them. I also printed a test page which read I have my printer installed correctly. It seems that this only happens with PDF based files. Please anyone help. Thanks.
