AIO 922 print's blank page

I just installed a new color cartridge & black cartridge. When I try to print a test page it comes out blank. If I look at message window it says right cartridge incorrect. When you go to Dell help center one set of instructions says load color cartridge on right & another says left. Photo shows color on right. These are new cartridges from Dell. I looked for any tape residue on the cartridge but see none. I never had this problem before I downloaded the lates Dell updates. Any ideas?
