All-in-One 922 Cartridge Incorrect message

Question

Hi All,   I hope someone can help me.  First it said the left one was incorrect so I cleaned it and put it back.  Then it said both the left and right are incorrect.   No matter what I try to do it wont reset and print.   Does anyone know how to fix this - the printer is two months old and I have printed 10 pages total!   Java

the abovel link should help you resolve this issue, if not replace the ink cartridge
