All in One A960 - It stops printing and I get error # 0502.

What is error #0502, and what can I do to get rid of the problem.  I am not under warranty, they didn't process my paperwork and so I am stuck having to buy a new one.

Try going to this site and type in your error in the problem search, follow along with each step that it has you take,,,I posted the first step for you with the error message that you posted
 
 
STEP: Locate and remove any obstructions in the carrier path.

To locate and remove any obstructions in the carrier path, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the printer cover.
  2. Locate and remove any obstructions at the back of the printer that could block the printer carrier path.
  3. Close the printer cover.

This may also be your problem,,,,You will find alot of help in this area,,,trial and error

This is the exact same error I am getting.  I also get a box on my screen that says cartridge stall.  I am here looking for a fix for this right now.
