I believe you need to have the dell network scan manager software installed on every computer on the network which you want the ability to scan to.

The problem is I cannot "enable" the network scan from the panel? Does it has anything to do with the software?

I'm actually not sure. I never had to enable mine from the panel and just left that option on default...

You definitely do need the software though so it might be worth trying that first.

Dell small business support has actually been decent when I've called them about this product -- they might be worth a shot as well
