Which question, what printer? Is the card stock jamming, or is it an indication problem? I did a search for card stock jamming and there are several threads with that same general topic.

Hi Eric,

You did not elaborate on your printing issue that much but I want to share with you some tips on cardstock paper jam. Hope these tips will help:

  • Modify Printing template depending on the exact size of the paper.
  • Enter custom paper size with the print driver.
  • Update your printer driver
  • Make sure that the paper's orientation is properly set
  • Check the maximum paper size for your printer
  • Check the thickness of the paper that you are using
  • Look for an alternative paper
  • Make sure that the correct paper tray is used
