Code 800A0046 when installing printer 922 driver

Question

I've just bought a refurbished OptiPlex 7070 SFF desktop. I tried to move my Dell 922 All in One Photo printer from my old desktop to this new one. When trying to install driver for this printer, I got this error message: Script:    C:\Dell922\dlbtEN.vbs Line:       11 Char:      1 Error:      Permission denied Code:     800A0046 Source:   Microsoft VBScript runtime error How do I fix this? Thanks.

With the printer connected, you can add a printer via Windows Settings =>  Bluetooth & devices =>  Printers & scanners, select Add device.
