Turn the printer off and unplug the printer from the AC outlet. Open the printer and check the paper path for a paper jam or misfeed. Refer to the paper path diagrams usually located on the inside cover for key areas or your printer manual, for additional information about accessing the printer's manual refer to the Downloading and Viewing Printer Manuals section. When the paper appears as crumpled or waded up, carefully remove all the jammed paper. When the paper appears to be angled incorrectly, it may be misfeeding through the printer, remove the sheet of paper. Remove the paper stock and reinsert the paper, make sure the paper guides are adjusted correctly. Close the printer covers. Plug the printer into the AC outlet. Turn the printer back on. Resend the print job.
