Dell 1250C Printer - Identifying Error

I have a Dell 1250c printer which has a flashing error light when attempting to print. When I hold down the green arrow key I get the following secondary code:

     Load paper light is on solid

     Blue toner light is on solid

     Error light flashing

     Ready/Data light flashing

If I am reading the manual properly it refers to canceling the print job.  Done that and the print queue shows the document has printed... it has not.

I have cleaned the sensor, used the cleaning rod for each of the toner cartridges and then replaced all of the cartridges.

Running out of things to try.  Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
