Dell 1700n Printer Web Tool not displaying all pages

The web tool on my Dell 1700n printers does not fully work.  I cannot get the printer status, statistics or information pages and haven't since I believe installing the 141.C20 firmware upgrade.  This is occuring with both of my printers, one is at home and one is in my office.  This occurs when using computers and any Windows operating system.

I've been playing with it over the last couple of days.  I have down flashed, upflashed, factory reset my printers multiple times. Once in a while, one of the pages does show but only for that one instance. I believe the pages are there, just don't know why they aren't displaying.

This topic has been brought up in this forum in the past.  One post ended with a link to a Dell Knowledgebase article that is no longer valid.

This one looks promising as the person who posted said it worked for him and someone else responded it worked for them as well.  I hope someone happened to save it or know where it is and can repost it.  This is very frustrating.
