Dell 3110cn Printer crinkles envelopes

Question

When I print envelops through the MFP tray they always crinkles the end. I have the printer set to envelop printing. I have had this exact problem with other laser printers. Any ideas??

There is no solution to this problem.  It is a well documented problem with this series of printers.  Personally, I use my inkjet printer to print envelopes and have good success.

I have read that the temperature might be the problem as the envelop gets very hot to fuse the toner. They have special Laser envelops that can tolerate high temps. I am looking into buying some.
