Dell 3115cn - Firmware Update Issues

We currently have 2 3115cn printers and both of them have had issues with updating the firmware. The program will run and show some on screen instructions, it will get to 100% but never indicate that it has completed and the firmware will not be updated. I have called Dell's support line on two different occasions, with the two different printers, using two different computers and having downloaded the update two different times. Both times the updates have failed repeatedly and when I called the support line, they tell me to "just keep trying." The second tech told me that there was a chance my download was corrupted, even though it extracted properly. Why is nothing being done to fix this problem? Is anyone actually buying the 3115cn? It looks like Dell is out to anger their business clients with this terrible support.
