Dell 725 printer driver for Win98SE

Question

I have a new E521 with Vista and a 725 printer. I've managed to share my printer through the network, and want to print from an old Win98SE PC. Can anyone suggest similar drivers for printing from Win98 to a 725?

The Dell printers do not support Win98SE, only drivers for Win2000/XP/Vista.

The printers are made by Lexmark for Dell but the Lexmark drivers will not work.

Is there any type of generic drivers I can use for this?   I figure this may be possible as the Vista PC has the drivers running and should be able to interpret what's coming through.....

There's no other drivers that I know of.  The 98 machine needs drivers to be able to access the printer.  There have been posts in the past about using the Dell's with older operating systems and all of them say there is nothing available.
