Dell 926 AIO Printer will not print red
I have a Dell 926 AIO printer and when I changed the colour cartridge for the first time, the printer stopped including red in any job. I have tried all the tips in the printer fault finding without success. I have carried out nozzle cleaning and printed test pages from the printer or Inspiron Laptop and neither includes red. There is red ink available at the face of the cartridge.
I have turned off the printer, unplugged the power supply all without result.
Help appreciated.

First, the way to reset the printer is to unplug the printer from the wall. Remove the power brick from the back of the printer for 60 seconds. Now plug everything back in.
Second, Dell Series 9 ink cartridges have a sensor in them that cannot be reset. Article on refilling Dell ink cartridges.
Dell Series 9 ink cartridges can be purchased at Staples, Walmart or Dell's Website.
If these were Dell ink cartridges, it's possible that you got a bad Dell Series 9 ink cartridge. Please return it to the place of purchase for a refund or a replacement.
