Dell 968W Printer
I have a Dell 968W printer that has problems recognizing that the paper tray is in the correct position. At least two or three times a day when I go to print I get this message "PAPER TRAY REMOVED, INSERT PAPER TRAY THEN PRESS (CHECK MARK). Is there anyone else that has had this problem?

do u have 2 trays for paper feed on the printer?? if that is a yes. then Duplex Printing should be with a tick mark in Printing Preferences.
if u dont have 2 trays in the printer for paper feed , then duplex printing shud be unchecked or cleared out in the printing preferences..
tell me if this worked or not..
