What is the paper size you have selected in the printer setup? What display resolution do you have set for your computer? Also, are you using large fonts or normal 96 DPI under display settings? What version of windows do you have?

The paper size I'm using is Letter and A4. The operating system I'm using is Windows XP Professional. It seems to be a problem mainly when I print any pictures no matter what the package I use. Same for text, no matter what font size or software I use it does the same. Any help would be soooooo appreciated.

Here is some other information on problems and what to do. This article speaks of how you should uninstall the printer and software and shows how to do that. Says use the printer cd software that came with the printer to reinstall. Have you tried a test page to see if that is also cut off? Read this:

Do you have the auto-cropping feature turned on? If so go here and read how to turn it off to see if that helps.
