Here are a few steps that you can follow to troubleshoot the issue:
First, try restarting your printer and see if it resolves the issue.
Make sure that the printer is connected properly to the computer and that all cables are securely plugged in.
Check if the printer driver is installed and up to date. You can download the latest version of the driver from the manufacturer's website.
Check the printer queue and make sure there are no print jobs stuck in the queue.
Try printing a test page to ensure that the printer is working correctly.
If none of the above steps work, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the printer driver.
If the issue still persists, you may want to contact the manufacturer's technical support for further assistance.
