Dell BN2375dnf Control Panel Buttons Lost - Factory Reset?
Good Afternoon,
We have a unique display issue with one of our BN2375 printers. The main screen has lost all the button controls and we cannot log into the panel. Nothing is functional on the main screen but the printer will still print.
Is there a internal factory rest button near the control panel or any piece of circuitry that could be removed to flash the control card? (Or something along lines like this) does anyone know? I cannot get into the service menu with the "Home" "Job status" and "Information" hold either.

Also, please update the Firmware for the printer using the link below which would hard reset the printer : http://dell.to/2n8GULV
