Dell C1660w offline and will not print
Please help. This printer used to work fine. Now, it remains offline and no matter what I do I can not get it to print. I have tried updating drivers, deleting/reinstalling printer, absolutely nothing works. Absolutely furious spending hours trying to find a fix to what should be a simple issue. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us. Was there any changes made before this issue occurred? Do you see any error message or any error code?
Kindly try the bellow trouble shooting steps.
1) Click 'Start' on the Windows taskbar, select 'Settings', and select 'Printers'. (The 'Printers' window appears.)
Screen: 'Printers' in 'Settings' menu
2) Right-click the appropriate printer icon to display the pop-up menu.
3) Select 'Work Offline' to clear this option.
4) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Close' to exit the 'Printers' window.
If it does not make any difference, kindly private message your printer service tag or the express service code for us to check the details and assist you further.

every step i try i get driver not available
