Dell Colour Laser 1350 cnw
I was using my printer without a problem yesterday now I have turned it on and the LCD display is coming up with error code 077-900 Paper jam open rear cover and remove paper, I have stripped the printer down and there is nothing stuck anywhere in the paper feed. I have also turned it off for ten minutes with all the covers open and the toners removed and still I am getting the same error. Has anyone come across this before and if so what did you do to resolve it?

I have exactly the same problem. I have a few hours of poking and prodding to no avail. The last color laser Dell I have went the same route. Will I ever learn. Peace.

Exact same issue here. Since you and one other have noted the same problem, I'm assuming the printer is toast. It''s just 14 months old; 2 months out of warranty. A cryin' shame.
