Dell Photo 924 printer - Paper feed issue

Hi

I have a photo 924 printer and i have been printing A4 boarderless prints fine up until now.

when the print is completed the print result is not as expected. the printer has stopped feeding the paper at the last centimmeter. it has printed on the same line and then ejects the paper leaving a section of the print unprinted.

i am using a satin paper of 260 gsm.

what i dont understand is why should this start happening. is there an issue with the print rollers? i have reprinted with normal paper and i get a good result eg no white line.

has anyone had the same issue.
