Dell Photo AIO Printer 964 ERROR CODES???
Hey, i just got a new Dell Photo AIO Printer 964, which is sweeeeet... but day after i setup my printer it's now telling me "CARTRIDGE ERROR, ERROR #1203. CONSULT USER GUIDE." Now i'm not stupid but i went to the guide read all the trouble shooting tips and nothing worked so i came to the site read all the trouble shooting tips there, still nothing.... this upsets me very much... if anyone knows what the 1203 code means please help....!!!! thanks in advance...

If you go to support.dell.com and under Popular Support tools on the right there are several drop downs.
Change the upper two drop downs to printer & A964 and right below that, Select a Tool should read troubleshooting. Click go and you are taken to the same material the Dell techs look at for the most part.
You can diagnose your error and if you need to contact support, grab the journal ID you are given and let the agent know, this will speed up things tremendously as he/she will not have you repeat steps you have done.
In regards to your printer problem, there is always a chance the printer itself is causing this error, small, but it is there. If the cartridges do not resolve, you would be inline for a replacement printer if under warranty.
