Dell Printer A940 Envelopes print blank; tried reinstall
My printer will not print envelopes. It sounds like it is printing, but, the envelope is blank. I've tried to reinstall the driver. It didn't help. I'm using Microsoft Office 2003 and didn't have any problem printing prior to today. Any ideas?
