Dell S2185dn Driver in nordic language

Hello,

Everytime I download this driver for the S2185dn printer http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=G2TPMit is not in English. It's in some slovak, germanic, nordic, Skyrim tongue that I can't read very well.

Is there any way to resolve this? It's quite frustrating as my company primarily uses Dell printers.
