DELL s2825cdn SCANNER ERROR 062-380
Anyone has this error code? Dell s2825cdn scanner error 062-380. Tells me to turn off and on. But still the same issue. Cannot use the printer at all. Anyone know what to do to bypass this? Printer only 13 months old. Contacted Dell no help at all.

yeah do NOT waste your time contacting Dell. They will not help you, they will not extend your warranty, but they are glad to charge you 180.00 to get a service tech out to replace 3 parts on the printer that will end up costing you 3 or 4x as much as you paid for the printer they no longer support. I'm in the EXACT same boat with a printer that doesn't even have the plastic taken off it yet. If anyone knows how to escalate to report how terribly Dell is treating their loyal customers, please share.
