I have same error except happening from Tray 1 - can get it to print - makes no sense - DELL - some response to this would be nice....

@Hawk8472 are you receiving the exact same error message as the previous poster of 016-910?

These printers are manufactured by Xerox under license for us. Here is a link to the Xerox forum with users encountering the exact same issue.
