Dell update messed up printer scanner
Had a Dell printer/scanner before throwing it away in the trash. After Dell update scanner would not save multiple pages of a document into one file. Had tech to finally resolve issue but left the printer not working properly through the computer. Contact again and this tech deleted what was repaired and could not fix the problem and could not repair what was deleted. Spent over three hours dealing with one good tech but two technicians that weren’t worth the salt in their bread. Needing a printer scanner now and not later and having to put up with Dell’s updates that continually mess up either the computer or printer. Yes got mad because dealing with a bunch of people who do not care what they do to peoples computers and other things and the printer wasn’t worth their concern threw it away because they would not repair what was their fault or could not fix what they tore up. So had to go and purchase another machine and this one is not a Dell product. So thanks Dell up my life and causing stress and headaches for me.

It couldn't possibly be the age of the device, correct? The last Dell printers were produced in 2018, making any printer a minimum of 7 years old.

It is, if there's no Windows 11 support for whatever model printer you had.

Good luck to you - you're looking to rant, not for a solution.
