Disabling power save mode on Dell P713w
Hi,
Is it possible to disable the Power Save mode feature on the P713w?
Reason I ask is I think this setting is preventing us from being able to print at the moment. After the setting limit (240 mins) is reached, the printer goes into Power Save mode (power button blinks slowly) and users are unable to print to it, the job stays in the print queue at Printing status. Pinging the printer ip address gives a destination hot unavailable message.
If I press the power button to wake up the printer the menu is displayed on the printer but it still does not respond on ping.
The only way to get it to print again is by rebooting the printer.

Thanks for the response. Can you tell me if my description above is expected behaviour or is it indicative of a fault?

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
After looking at my internal documents on this printer I see no where to turn off the power saving feature.
