Driver only Black / White for 3010cn

Someone knows that drivers can install to share an 3010cn in order to print only in black and white?

Help me understand a little more what you're trying to do?
There is a selection during driver install called ColorTrack that allows you to set the printing operation in several modes, including black only and password protected color.

The tool you say are available during the installation with the installation package of CDs.
I want to use the shared printer on the network without running the installation of software on the client.

Maybe I don't understand what you're really trying to do.
You will need to install "something" on each client so they know there is a printer installed, or where to send the print job.
Even if you install the printer on one system and make it shareable, when you "add printer" on one of the client systems and browse the network for a printer, a minimal set of drivers are installed on the client.

I forgot that can be done by the installation CD.
It was first used to install and then I copied only the driver.
Using the setup program can block the driver to Black (or colors with password).
