E510 / Dell 924 / 300 / Vista

Hi,

I have a Dell 924, that was running perfectly as a printer hooked to my win 2003 server and shared out to my network.  I recently upgraded to Vista and bought a Wireless 3300 adapter.  I hooked it up, installed it and it works perfectly on my 2 XP laptops, etc.  However when I try to connect the Vista machine, it won't detect the printer, even if I manually add in the IP and the subnet. However I can ping, and open the 3300 through my browser from the Vista machine.  The software you install when trying to connect to it says it will open up a port for you on Windows Firewall, but I disabled the firewall just to test it and I got no printers on the list.  I can install the 924 through windows printers, and it finds it etc, but it won't work.  I think I've tried the newest installer for the 924 and I have read other people have gotten it installed.

Is there anything special port wise I need to do for vista for it to show up in the list?

I'm bumping this to see if anyone has a suggestion.  I've now installed it on 3 XP machines, but it won't show up on the list for the Vista PC.

The only other difference is the 3 XP machines are wireless and the Vista machine has a direct LAN connection to the router the Wireless 3300 is connected to.
