Fax with A960 and SBCGlobal

My computer is connected to the internet throught SBCglobal net.  This is a dedicated line for SBC. 

I just purchased a A-960 printer.  How can I receive faxes to the printer through the computer/

you ain't gonna like this, but if you are routed thru an answering machine, it's not gonna happen. I have spent 5 hours in the last two days trying to discover why I cannot receive faxes. This particular forum is peppered with pleas for help because they cannot receive faxes and are routed thru an answering machine. A web-wide copernic search shows the same thing multiplied 100 times. No thought went into the A series all in one's. I don't know about you, but I have spent thousands on dell computers in the past 5 years as I am my companies purchasing agent. I am going to see if I can't help Gateway out of their financial mess three or four computers at a time.

Dell's customer support has went straight down the tube in the last two years. It's really sad.
