H625CDW - Loose Panel On Duplexer Feed Tray
The panel on the top of the duplexer feed tray does not latch securely. It does close, but will pop open from slight pressure on the feed tray. The panel is held in place by two plastic latches, which are not damaged or bent. The latches are supposed to hook underneath plastic tabs on each side of the frame. However, the latches barely hold. I recorded a video with my cell phone demonstrating the problem. It also shows the condition of the latches are good:

While I don't have a solution for you, I can report that I'm having the same problem with my just-out-of-the-box H625CDW.

i got the exact same issue with my fresh delivered printer.
Looks like a really low quality job there!
@ Dell Please help us solve this problem !

You should just contact Dell Tech Support. The product typically includes a 1 year warranty.
