Help troubleshooting my dell 926 all in one printer

I recently purchased the dell all in one 926 printer. It jam's before it even feeds the paper in. i tried cleaning the white strip as i read on the message board, but nothing...any advice?

Check the paper path, check for any missed or left over packing material, etc.

Yes I did that, i used the printer once about three weeks ago and it was fine...it just stopped working...

Since it's a new unit, best option is to call Dell support.
