how to reset ink levels after a refill?
my mum had her cartridges refilled and gets messages the ink is empty.
how to reset the ink level indicator so the printer knows it's got plenty of ink?

(and stop those annoying messages trying to sell rediculously expensive cartridges and creating more pollution for the planet).

If your model number ends with 2 or 4, you can't reset the ink levels unless you put in a brand new ink cart from Dell.

If I would buy a car I would want to get gas whereever I go. Why would that be any different with printers. If I had known this i would never have adviced my mum to get their printer.
I will never buy any Dell product ever again!!!
