HP Printers are the Worst!!!!!!!!!!

DON'T DO IT! I have never had a problem with an HP printer. I switched to dell because of a coupon I received in the mail. I have had my printer for 7 months and it has problems with the ink cartridges. Read some posts about the 962 and "incorrect cartridge" messages before you buy a dell. Make sure you read the part about how these people were treated by dell!

Don't do it!  My experience with the Dell AIO 962 was lousy.  The printer is expensive to operate.  You get annoying messages to replace the toner from about the 100th copy printed.  You have to purchase the ink from Dell - the cartridges are small and can't be refilled easily.

I tried numerous times to get the fax function working with a distinctive ring - never did get it working (even with suggestions from forum participants - note that Dell support is horrible).  I eventually went back to my old Brother fax machine, bought an HP printer, and junked the Dell.

Never been happier.
