Lexmark ink with a Dell Printer

I have a Dell 926 All-in-one printer. I noticed that this is about 90% similar to a Lexmark x1185 printer i used to have.

Does anyone know if Lexmark Inks will fit in a Dell Printer?

I want to buy High Yield Cartridges, since the ones sold at Walmart and Staples are only the standard yield, which don't last very long.

I don't mind buying from the Dell website, but i really don't want to wait 3-5 more days once i buy it. I want to be able to use it immediately.
