M5200 - Will not print from tray 2

Question

We have a M5200 and tray 2 is set for letterhead but will not print from any ones work station. What should tray 2 be set as. We have tray 1 as plain and tray 2 as universal. It acts like it's printing but no paper will come through.

Could you turn the Print PS error to ON in POSTSCRIPT MENU of the printer? It can be accessed via Webpage of the printer, by Operating panel or via printer setup utility (via USB port).

When you print, does it print the error now?

No there is no error it says it recoginizes tray 2 but noting comes out.

And it can print normally from tray 1 or MPF (Multi Propose Feeder)??

It could be the tray problem. I'm just wondering why it doesnt post any error messages.
