My AIO 920 won't print from my computer!!HELP
I try to print from my computer and I get an error message that tells me "printing failed when starting the document"
I can scan and copy, I can print a test page. So my printer is connected, but the problem is printing from the screen.
I checked the printer file and it shows ready, and checked default.
What do I do? Any suggestions?
