My toner is jammed - 3000cn
I didn't properly install my magenta toner and when I closed the cover on my printer it moved the toner carousel ahead to cyan. Is there a way to manually rotate the carousel back so I can fix the problem? Any ideas/advice are much appreciated. My printer won't let me print at all :smileysad:. Thanks.

POWER OFF 1st ....
Open the front cover and the top cover. Remove the Drum/IBT assy. The big round thing directly below that is the developer carousel assy.
Now, close only front cover. This releases the ratchet lock on the carousel.
Reach in from the top and see if you can freely rotate the carousel in the direction you need to lock the toner cart.
Make sure the front door is fully open while you try to reseat the toner cart.
If one of the toner locking handles has jammed and is preventing the carousel from rotating, you may have one hard time fixing this.
With the Drum/IBT assy removed, you'll protect yourself from possibly damaging the drum itself.
Scratches = print defects = $$
