NEW 1710n has 920 service / Fuser Error

I am responsible for about 30 1710n's, most have been in service for a few weeks. For the most part they do well though sometimes they need power cycled. I have one though that the lights all light up and the service web page says:

920 Service
Fuser Error

I have made sure the cords are proper and have tried exchanging cartridges with a known good one.
