P713w wont print from flash drive
I insert my flashdrive into the usb port and attempt to print a word document from it but the printer behaves as if it is expecting a camera or media card. I cant figure out how to access the docs on the flashdrive for printing. Steps I take are:
1.Press memory device icon on home screen,
2. Insert flash drive into usb
3. Then nothing, the printer doesn't recognize it.
Any ideas? Thanks so much!

The printer should only be able to read images. The printer cannot open a Word document unless the printer would have Word installed on it.
To print the Word Document, you'll need to open the document with Word or similar program, on your computer, then send the print command to the printer.

Do you know the size and partition type of the flash drive? I am hoping it might be something easy like this, but have not found much.
