paper keeps getting fed crooked and gets jammed

Hello All,

I have a Dell A940 printer. Lately the paper keeps getting fed crooked and gets jammed. I did get new paper but it is for A940 printers. When I try to print the screen that comes up shows that is has detected a coated paper.

Any clues as to what is wrong? Thankyou very much.
