PLEASE HELP ! ! 944 All in one Error message - Scanner Unit Open & Change cartridge
Hi ! since some time i can read a message on the 994 screen that indicate to change the cartridges while they are new. The printer seem not detect that the scanner unit is closed because before, when i opened the unit the same message appeared .
What would be the solution for this problem ?

drouchka,
Unplug the printer from the wall. Now remove the power brick from the printer. Wait 60 seconds. This will reste any error message the printer is getting.
Any error messages?
