Print Preview problem
Hi, I have a cannon C1660w Color Printer. When I click on "preview print" before printing, it goes into an infinite loop. Never do I see a preview of the print.
What should I do to fix this? Reload the software?

You may want to start by uninstalling the drivers and software for the printer and then reinstall them bachk into the computer to see if that will resolve the issue.
