Printer Driver for 3130cn for OS X Lion?
I also have a 3130cn printer I love and had just under 2 years, but afraid to upgrade to Lion until I know there is driver support from Dell. I run my business with this printer and while I can use Snow Leopard for a while longer, once Mobile me is terminated soon, iCloud is the only option for device and file integration for mac users, and OS X Lion is REQUIRED for iCloud. I fell like I'm walking the plank! I sure hope Dell "wakes up" and gets clear the Mac market share could be a boon for their business if they leveraged it! In the mean time I don't want to be left the idiot that trusted Dell to support me as a Mac user!!! Perhaps I learned an expensive lesson, AND Dell still has time to do the right thing!

Thank you very much Chris and VivekChopra. I have not installed OS Lion yet b/c I don't want to commit to that until I KNOW there is driver support. Are both of you saying these drivers will work with Mac OS X Lion 10.7? Have you tried them or know of people that have had success?
Thanks so much for your input, I really appreciate it! I love my Dell printer and want to continue using it - it was a big investment.

No, I have not tested them. The only notation on our driver site is, ""This package contains the Mac print drivers for Dell 3130cn Color Laser.". It does not specify which versions of the mac operating system. Perhaps users on the apple forum can state if they have tried it.

Hi! Maybe the 3110cn drivers work? Give it a try - my 3110cn works now on Lion... Good luck... (see bottom of page:) forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php

Just tested the driver from the above link by Chris M with Lion OS with a 3130CN (no duplexer) and it seems to work fine. Had to adjust security settings to allow it to install as the driver either is not showing up with Dell certificates or Apple dont recognise Dell as an authorised developer.

Unfortunately, this is a dead link. I can't get the current driver on the Dell site to work under 10.8.2 on a new rMBP. It installs but won't recognize the printer.

Hoping that someone from Dell will read this but printer driver for 3130cn will not load properly in OSX 10.9.1. Anyone else had the same problem - or better - found a soution?
