To clear the print queue in the Microsoft® Windows® XP operating system, perform the following steps:

1. Click the Start button, and then click Printers and Faxes.
   The Printers and Faxes window appears.
2. Double-click the icon representing the Dell printer.
   The print queue window appears.
3. Click once to highlight the print job that is at the top of the print queue window.
4. Click Document.
5. Click Cancel.
   This cancels the selected print job.
6. Repeat steps 4 through 6 for each print job listed in the print queue.
