I have the 720 printer (free with my computer). I ordered a new black ink cartridge and installed it today, but for some reason, nothing in black will print. Color is still working.... - ? I have never had a problem with the printer or cartidges before, although the last cartridge seemed to wear out way too quickly.....PLEASE HELP - I have papers to print for school!
