printhead not compatable

My Dell W515w all in one printer.service tag # (wireless) will not print.  I have not changed anything but the display now scrolls the following. The print head in not compatible with this printer.  How can I clear this problem?.

We hope the issue gets resolved after troubleshooting the printer following the steps mentioned in the links provided by our esteemed Rockstar Rick K.

However, if you continue getting error messages and the printer is under warranty, please contact me through a private message by clicking on my name highlighted in blue. On the next page, click the envelope icon and provide your service tag and contact information (as mentioned below) so that I may access your system records.

  • Registered System Owner's Name:
  • Shipping address:
  • Telephone number/s:
  • Email address:

If the printer is out of warranty, then you may need to purchase a replacement printhead for your printer.

I have the same problem. I just bought a new computer and installed the all in one printer that I have been using for a couple of years. I didn't change anything on the printer. I am getting the same message you got.
No Events found!
